Abstract:

An estimation method of input delay and control input fault is proposed. At first, based on the bias-separated theory, a normal control system model and a satellite attitude control system model with input delay and control input fault are set up respectively. Then, the input delay and control input fault can be estimated by the two-stage Kaman filter. Finally, the simulation of the method in a satellite attitude control system with actuator fault and input time delay illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed approach. Mathematical simulation and a real-time simulation based on the  satellite control system hardware in-the-loop simulation platform are performed to validate that the method is suitable and effective respectively.
