Abstract:

With regard to the two sided matching problem based on complete ordinal number information, a decision method considering agents’ psychological behavior is proposed. Firstly, the description of two sided matching problems considering agents’ psychological behavior is given. Secondly, the expectation ordinal number is chosen as the reference point, and the gain and the loss relative to reference point corresponding to the ordinal number are calculated. Considering different risk attitudes of agents towards gain and loss, the perceived value of each agent with respect to the agent of the other side is calculated according to the idea of tomada de decisao interative e multicritério (TODIM). Furthermore, a bi-objective optimization model is developed. By using a linear weighted method, the bi-objective optimization model is converted into a single objective model. The matching result is obtained by solving the model. Finally, an example analysis illustrates the validity of the proposed method.
