Abstract:

Since the transceiver positions of the random stepped frequency(RSF) radar is asynchronous under the condition of the high repetition, it is difficult to mix the radar echo. Through the analysis of the mixing process and imaging algorithm, it is indicated that the imaging result with wrong fixing echo may be defocused, and the imaging result with right fixing echo can synthesize good range profile. Based on the characteristic that the good adjacent range profiles are strongly correlated, the frequency match algorithm is constructed to obtain the right fixing position. Simulation results demonstrate the validity of this method.
