Abstract:

The group aggregating problems that the fuzzy preference information on alternatives is provided by the decision makers in the different forms are investigated. Firstly, some extended operational principles of triangular fuzzy numbers and the transformation formulas of each other for different fuzzy preference forms are given. On the basis of which, the different fuzzy preference information are uniformed. Secondly, the expected value formula of triangular fuzzy numbers is regarded a ranking tools. This paper uses the fuzzy ordered weighted geometric averaging (FOWGA) operator to aggregate decision-making information uniformed and the relative importance degree of each alternative, respectively. According to the expected values of overall dominance degree on alternatives, the alternatives are ranked. A method based on aggregating judgment matrix for fuzzy group decision-making problems is proposed. Finally, an example is illustrated to show the feasibility and practicability of the method.
