Abstract:

The current international situation is complex and changeable, and strategic situation is becoming more and more severe. Grasping the strategic objectives of opponents is of great significance to safeguarding territorial and sovereign integrity. This article uses the opponent's defense construction project as a means to study the opponent's strategic goals, and provides a new way of thinking for the strategic goals and construction project pre-practical research. Firstly, the strategic agent belief-desire-intention (BDI) model framework for strategic agents is proposed to analyze strategies objectives and national defense construction projects in a unified logical framework. Based on the uncertain knowledge graph reasoning in this field to realize the strategic agent BDI model, a relatively complete defense construction project-strategic knowledge graph is obtained finally, which is important to formulate equivalent military strategic guidelines in the new era.

Key words: knowledge graph, strategic agent, national defense construction project, pre-practice
