Abstract:

The traditional architecture of command and control (C2) is hard to meet the needs of the unmanned combat system of systems (SoS). Based on the cloud collaboration, this paper proposes a concept of cloud-flow C2 that organically integrates "front unmanned operational flow" and "rear manned C2 cloud", and designs a cloud service mode for C2 resource. On the basis of improving the enterprise C2 (EC2) theory adaptability for unmanned combat, entity organization and virtual service of C2 are decoupled and designed respectively. Furthermore, adaptive behaviors of organization, node and event are modeled as the response process of C2 relationship, and then an adaptive value production unit (VPU) model supporting on-demand reconstruction of C2 relationship is proposed. Finally, taking the mission of border management and control as an example, the design scheme of the cloud-flow C2 architecture is elaborated in detail. The effectiveness evaluation results show that it has advantages in timeliness and robustness, and it can be better applied to the unmanned combat SoS.

Key words: unmanned combat system of systems (SoS), command and control (C2), cloud-flow, C2 architecture, enterprise command and control (EC2)
