摘要: 考虑到最大特征值具有较优的信号检测能力,将基于信息几何的矩阵恒虚警率检测方法与最大特征值相结合,提出了基于最大特征值的改进中值矩阵恒虚警率检测方法。利用矩阵流形上不同的几何测度估计杂波的中值矩阵;采用协方差矩阵的最大特征值作为检测统计量,将最大特征值与不同的中值矩阵估计值相结合得到6种改进的中值矩阵检测方法。通过复杂度分析和基于仿真数据和实测数据的仿真实验验证了改进算法的有效性。

Abstract: The modified median matrix constant false alarm rate (M-CFAR) detection method is proposed based on the maximum eigenvalue, which utilizes the good detection capability of maximum eigenvalue. The median matrix of reference cells is estimated by using different geometric measures on the matrix manifold. Furthermore, the maximum eigenvalue is exploited as the test statistic. We obtain six kinds of modified median matrix detectors, which combine the maximum eigenvalue with different median matrices. The analysis of computational complexity and simulation experiments based on simulated data and real sea clutter data verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
