岸基对海雷达在杂波测量和海防预警中占有重要地位,针对近岸海杂波观测受地物杂波影响的问题,基于岸基S波段相参雷达测量的杂波数据,分析了基于典型地理特征进行地海杂波分割的不足,进一步从地海杂波多普勒特性差异入手,提出了基于相位的岸基雷达地海杂波分割方法。对近岸不同距离门杂波的幅度分布特性进行对比,发现分割为地杂波和海杂波的单元在幅度分布特性上存在明显差异,侧面验证了地海杂波分割结果的正确性。该分割方法为岸基雷达杂波数据的处理提供了依据。

Abstract:

The shore-based radar plays an important role in clutter measurement and costal defense early warning. The inaccuracy of the sea-land clutter segmentation method based on typical geographic features is analyzed by S-band shore-based coherent radar clutter. To solve the problem that the offshore radar echo is impacted by land clutter, a sea-land clutter segmentation method based on phase information is proposed. The analysis of clutter amplitude distribution of several range cells in littoral environment shows that obvious differences exist in amplitude characteristics of the segmented sea and land clutter, which is a proof of the accuracy of the sea-land clutter segmentation. This method could render important reference for the processing of shore-based radar clutter.
