摘要: 随着人们对维修费用和维修效果的追求,基于状态的维修(condition based maintenance, CBM)得到了进一步发展,作为CBM的关键问题之一,故障预测已经成为装备维修领域的一个主要研究方向。当前,对故障预测的综述主要局限于对故障预测方法的总结,并未对故障预测的研究有一个全面、综合的阐述。为了对故障预测的研究有一个系统、全面的认识,本文从故障预测的内容、对象、方法3个维度对基于状态的武器电子装备故障预测研究进行了综述,并对相关的故障预测方法进行了分析和梳理。针对装备故障预测问题,立足于文献综述,提出一种基于状态的装备故障预测分析方法,为部队对装备进行合理、科学的故障预测提供借鉴。

Abstract: With the pursuit of maintenance cost and maintenance effect, condition based maintenance (CBM) has been further developed, as one of the key problems of CBM, fault prediction has become a major research direction in the field of equipment maintenance. At present, the summary of fault prediction is mainly limited to the fault prediction methods, there is not a systematic and comprehensive description of the fault prediction research. In order to have a systematic and comprehensive understanding of the research of fault prediction, a summary of the research on fault prediction of weapon electronic equipment based on state is made from the content, object and method of fault prediction, and the related fault prediction methods are analyzed and combed. Aiming at the problems of fault prediction, based on literature summaries, an analysis method of equipment fault prediction based on state is presented, so as to provide reference for the troops to carry out reasonable and scientific fault prediction.
