强目标掩盖下雷达微弱目标检测算法

摘要:

在雷达多目标检测时,弱目标由于其能量低,容易被临近的强目标掩盖,严重影响了弱目标的检测。针对强弱目标并存的情况,提出了一种新的雷达微弱目标检测算法。首先联合Keystone变换和最小二乘FIR滤波器原理,实现了强目标相参积累并估计了其回波幅值,从而重构出强目标回波信号,并将其从原始回波中消除。通过对余下信号做相参积累,凸显了微弱目标,提高了微弱目标的检测性能。仿真实验验证了算法的有效性和优越性。

Abstract:

In radar multi-target detection, the weak target is almost covered by the strong target nearby because of its low energy, which badly influences the detection of weak targets. A novel detection algorithm for weak radar targets is proposed to cope with the situation above. First, the strong target echo is integrated coherently and its amplitude is estimated by the combination of Keystone transform and the least square filter. After that, the strong target echo is reconstructed and then cleaned from the original echo. Finally the remaining echo is integrated coherently for the detection of weak targets. The experimental results validate the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed algorithm.
