摘要:

基于特征的图像配准算法中,一般只利用图像中的一种特征进行配准,且在特征匹配阶段,同等地对待每一个特征而忽视特征本身的稳健性差异,这在很大程度上限制了算法的适用范围和稳健性。在对特征的不确定性进行定义的基础上,提出了一种综合利用多种特征进行图像配准的方法。在特征匹配阶段,考虑特征本身的不确定性,即特征稳健性越强,其对相似性测度函数的影响越大,反之,影响越小。另外,为了求解利用多种特征构造的相似性测度函数的最大值,提出了交替求解和构造统一关系矩阵两种方案。实验表明,该方法是准确有效的。

Abstract:

Most feature-based image registration algorithms only use one kind of feature, and each feature is considered as of equal importance during the process of finding features correspondences. These limit the range of applicability and impact the robustness of the algorithm. To solve this problem, a new algorithm using multi-feature is proposed to register images on the base of defining the uncertainty of features. The usage of the  uncertainty makes sure that the robust features are more influential to the similarity function. In order to compute the maximum value of the multi-feature similarity measure function, two methods using alternate strategy and constructing uniform matrixes are proposed respectively. Experiments show that the proposed algorithm is effective and potent.
