摘要:

针对武器装备体系作战能力的综合评估问题,基于网络分析的思想提出了一种“有限层次”评估方法。考虑能力之间的相关性,建立了多级式网络化能力指标体系,基于能力需求设置了“等效处理”模块,实现了武器装备体系的装备性能向能力映射,建立了作战能力评估的“有限层次”模型,再利用网络分析法确定各指标权重。然后设计了综合能力图谱来直观、全面反映系统的作战能力。最后以某型装甲装备体系为例进行分析,验证所提算法的有效性。

Abstract:

To solve the proplem of the combat capability comprehensive evaluation of weapon equipment system, a limited hierarchy evaluation method is proposed based on the analytic network process (ANP). Taking into account the correlation between combat capabilities, the multi level network index system is built for the combat capability evaluation. And the equivalent processing unit is set based on capability requirement to map the system element into the capability. Furthermore, the limited hierarchy model of combat capabilities is given and the index weight is gotten by utilizing the ANP. Based on it, general capability map is designed to display the evaluation result more reasonably. Finally, citing the armored equipment system as an example, efficiency of the proposed algorithm is analyzed and validated.
