摘要:

提出基于随机模拟的电子侦察卫星模糊自适应遗传算法。采用基于随机模拟的遗传算法来解决电子侦察卫星调度问题,避免了对不确定问题进行转化及复杂的数学推导。针对传统遗传算法在求解过程中部分参数采用基于经验设置,且进化过程中参数固定所带来的不足,引入基于模糊逻辑的方法来自适应改变遗传算法中的关键参数,以更符合自然进化的过程,保证收敛速度和解多样性之间的平衡,并能获取更好的优化结果。

Abstract:

A hybrid fuzzy logic guided intelligent algorithm based on stochastic simulation is presented. A genetic algorithm based on stochastic simulation is adopted to solve the scheduling problem of electronic reconnaissance satellites, so as to avoid transforming problems and complex mathematical ratiocination. Aiming at the deficiency that some parameters, such as crossover rate and mutation rate, are set based on the experience and are invariable in the process of evolution, a method based on the fuzzy logic is adopted to adjust the key parameters of the genetic algorithm dynamically, which can increase the diversity of genes and avoid premature convergence, and get better optimization results
