摘要:

基于退化量分布的方法是一种被广泛应用的可靠性评估方法,然而对此方法在加速退化试验中研究并不充分。为避免依据经验或主观判断建立可靠性模型容易造成评估结果不准确的问题,以退化量分成正态分布的情况为例研究了加速应力下的可靠性评估方法。其主要特点是利用加速因子不变原则推导出模型参数随加速应力的变化规律,从而建立可靠性模型。研究结论表明所提的评估方法克服了以往方法容易造成评估结果不准确的问题。

Abstract:

The method based on degradation distribution is a widely used reliability modeling method, but there is lack of research on the accelerated degradation test. To avoid the problem that the reliability model established by experience or subjective judgment may result in inaccurate evaluation of reliability, the reliability evaluation method based on degradation distribution is studied under accelerated stresses. The main feature is that the acceleration factor constant principle is utilized to deduce the changing rules of model parameters with accelerated stresses, and then the reliability model is established. Results show that the proposed evaluation method avoids the shortage that traditional methods may cause inaccurate evaluations.
