摘要:

开展了对载人航天器维修性设计体系的研究,明确了载人航天器维修性设计体系构成,包括维修性设计、维修性验证、维修性评价和维修性管理。维修性设计包括维修原则确定、维修需求分析、维修任务规划、维修模式设计等;维修性验证包括维修试验规划、分析仿真验证、实物试验验证和在轨飞行验证;维修性评价包括飞行工程师评价和航天员评价;维修性管理将维修性设计、验证、评价工作进行有机衔接并在工程上实施。本文可以作为载人航天器在轨维修性设计工作的参考。

Abstract:

The manned-spacecraft maintainability design system is studied and the contents of this system is declared, including maintainability design, maintainability verification, maintainability evaluation and maintainability management. The maintainability design contains maintenance rules finalization, maintenance request analysis, maintenance task planning, maintenance mode design, etc. The maintainability verification contains maintenance test planning, simulation verification, actual test verification and on-orbit verification. The maintainability evaluation contains spacecraft engineer evaluation and astronaut evaluation. The maintainability management integrates maintainability design, verification and evaluation, which will be put into the actual execution. This paper can be the reference for the development of manned-spacecraft on-orbit maintainability design.
