摘要:

基于演化视角研究了国防科技奖励与国防技术创新的协同机理。通过分别阐述国防科技奖励与国防技术创新演化发展的历史,对国防科技奖励与国防技术创新的关联机理、协同机理以及协同演化趋势进行了分析。国防科技奖励制度与国防技术创新活动是国防技术进步系统的有机组成:国防科技奖励制度有助于促进国防技术创新的发展,国防技术创新的发展又为国防科技奖励的完善提供了信息参考,二者之间存在相互促进的协同演化关系,呈现出螺旋式上升的协同演化趋势。

Abstract:

Based on the evolutionary perspective, the collaborative mechanism of national defense science and technology award (NDSTA) and the defense technology innovation (DTI) is studied. According to expounding on the history of NDSTA and DTI respectively, the related mechanism, the collaborative mechanism and the trend of their co-evolutionary are analyzed. The NDSTA and DTI are both integral parts of defense technical progress systems. There is a co-evolutionary relationship of mutual promotion: NDSTA promotes the development of DTI, and the development of DTI provides reference information for the improvement of NDSTA in return, which reveals a synergistic spiral co-evolutionary trend.
