摘要:

针对企业实施绿色制造的分步实施的实施顺序问题,综合考虑绿色制造技术产生的直接效益以及绿色制造各技术之间的协同效益,建立了企业绿色制造技术实施顺序决策模型,并对模型的求解进行了论述。结合某企业实际,将模型应用于该企业绿色制造分步实施决策中,为企业实施绿色制造提供了技术支持。

Abstract:

Green manufacturing (GM) is a kind of modern manufacturing mode with the full consideration of resources consumption and environmental impact. To implement and operate GM in the enterprises is a systematic issue, and the strategy of “General Planning, Stepbystep Implementing” should be taken. In order to decide the implementation order of green technologies, a decision model is proposed, in which both the direct benefits derived from green technologies and the synergetic benefits between different types of technologies are taken into account. The formulation and the solution of the model are discussed in detail. Combined with practical situation of an enterprise, the model is applied to provide technical support for GM implementation.
