摘要:

为了简化现有椭圆球面波时域正交脉冲集构建方法,解决格拉姆施密特正交化引起的椭圆球面波脉冲信号功率谱展宽、功率谱集中度变差和椭圆球面波脉冲信号之间正交性变差的问题,提出一种新椭圆球面波时域正交脉冲集构建方法。新方法只需参数设置和求解方程两个步骤,无需频段划分和格拉姆施密特正交化。理论分析和仿真结果表明,新方法不仅简化了椭圆球面波时域正交脉冲集的构建步骤,解决了格拉姆施密特正交化引起的问题,而且提高了基于椭圆球面波的非正弦调制的频带利用率和峰均功率比性能。

Abstract:

In order to simplify the original constructing method of the prolate spheroidal wave function (PSWF) time domain orthogonal pulse set and solve the problems that the power spectrum of pulse signals is expanding, the power spectrum concentration ratio and the orthogonality between pulse signals are vitiating due to Gram Schmidt’s orthogonalization, a new constructing method is proposed. The new method merely requires parameters setting and equation solving. Frequency dividing and Gram Schmidt’s orthogonalization are not needed. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the new method has not only simplified the constructing processes and solved the problems caused by Gram Schmidt’s orthogonalization, but also improved the bandwidth efficiency and the peak to average power ratio performance of nonsinusoidal modulation based on PSWF.
