摘要:

主观威胁评估方法是空中目标威胁评估的必要手段。将基于Vague集的群决策方法用于空中目标的主观威胁评估,用Vague数表示决策者对目标威胁度的主观评价值,提出一种Vague熵诱导的有序加权平均算子,用于集结各个Vague评价值,可以消除集结过程中人为误差带来的不良影响。为了直观评估各目标威胁程度大小,还提出一种基于Vague数距离和优劣点法的决策方法,来对目标威胁度进行比较和排序。算例证明该方法在空中目标威胁评估中是可行的,而且比常用的模糊综合评估方法更加有效。

Abstract:

Subjective threat evaluation is necessary for air target threat assessment. A group decision-making method based on Vague sets is used to accomplish this evaluation. Vague values are used to express the decision-maker’s uncertainty subjective preference in the air target threat assessment, and a Vague entropy induced ordered weighted averaging (VE-IOWA) operator is proposed to synthesize these Vague values, which can eliminate the harmful uncertainty man-made accidents in the process. Then a decision method based on the distance of Vague values and the optimal and inferior point method is put forward to sort the target threats. Examples confirm the method is feasible and more effective than the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
