摘要:

上下文感知计算是普适计算研究领域中最为重要的一个方面,针对上下文感知计算中缺乏与自动推理支持的问题,提出了一种基于本体描述语言(web ontology language, OWL)的上下文感知建模与推理方法。OWL是以描述逻辑为基础的本体形式化语言,可以满足上下文知识共享与上下文本体自动推理的需要。该方法首先提出了一种本体引导的上下文模型框架,根据抽象层次的不同将上下文分为元模型与领域特定模型两层结构,然后采用OWL形式化描述该上下文模型,设计了上下文模型到OWL的转换算法,并利用本体自动推理工具完成了上下文推理,并以一个实际案例说明该方法的可行性。

Abstract:

The context-aware computing is one of extremely important fields for the research of pervasive computing. An approach to the modeling and reasoning of the context-aware knowledge using the web ontology language (OWL) is proposed. It suggests a context model framework in the semantic restrictions of the ontology, which divides the context model into a two-level structure, i.e. meta ontology and domain-specific ontology, according to the abstract hierarchy. This structure models the basic concepts of people, places, locations, and presentation events. Then an algorithm is proposed to convert the context model to the knowledge described in OWL. Finally, a case study is given to illustrate the practicality of the method.
