摘要:

针对时域错误掩盖中运动矢量恢复存在偏差的问题,提出了一种依据运动矢量边界差值最小准则的运动矢量估算方法。同时,利用受损块与邻域块的运动空域相关性,提出了一种基于运动矢量相对强度的时域掩盖算法。对于受损块,评估其领域内运动矢量变化的相对强度,据此采用运动矢量边界差值最小法或拉格朗日插值法恢复其运动矢量。仿真结果表明,对不同视频序列或不同宏块丢失率,该算法所恢复的视频序列的PSNR值比传统算法提高了0.3 dB~3 dB;同时,解码的图像也获得了较好的主观视觉效果,具有更强的鲁棒性。

Abstract:

To overcome the inaccurate estimation of motion vectors in temporal error concealment, a motion vector recovery method based on the minimum variance of boundary of motion vectors is presented. Furthermore, a novel temporal error concealment algorithm based on relative strength of motion vectors (RSMV) is proposed, which efficiently exploits the spatial correlation of motion. For a lost block, the RSMV of its neighboring area is first calculated according to the motion vectors of adjacent blocks. Then, either the minimum variance method of boundary of motion vectors or Lagrange interpolation method is employed to recover the lost motion vector according to the magnitude of RSMV. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional algorithms, the proposed algorithm can recover images with high quality and obtain a improvement of about 0.3 dB~3 dB in PSNR in different rates of lost block or different video sequences.
