旋转捷联式图像制导技术及应用

摘要:

捷联式图像导引头结构紧凑、可抗高过载、成本相对低廉, 契合精确制导炮弹对小型化、抗过载、低成本的需求。然而, 在炮弹飞行时由自旋引起的弹体章动和进动, 加大了弹目视线角与弹体姿态角解耦难度, 长期制约捷联式导引头在制导炮弹上的应用。对此, 提出一种针对旋转捷联图像制导炮弹的弹目视线角提取方法, 设计带有视场角约束的旋转捷联式图像末制导方案: 通过解算全攻角方程, 在导引头视场内提取虚拟速度矢量, 闭环制导回路; 构造含视场角约束的非线性滑模面和正切型障碍李雅普诺夫函数, 采用间歇控制, 实现目标视场内稳定锁定; 引入自适应扩张状态观测器, 对目标运动进行估计和补偿, 减小弹体抖震现象。所提方案通过数值仿真和实弹飞行验证, 命中精度达到预期指标要求, 可实现旋转捷联图像制导炮弹的精确制导控制。

Abstract:

The strapdown image seeker has the advantages of compact structure, high overload resistance, and low cost, meeting the requirements of miniaturization, overload resistance, and low cost of precision guided projectile. However, the oscillation and precession of the projectile caused by spin during projectile’s flight increase the difficulty of decoupling the line of sight angle and the attitude angle of the projectile, which has long constrained the application of strapdown seekers in guiding projectiles. To regard this, a method for extracting the line of sight angle of a rotating strapdown image guided projectile is proposed, and a rotating strapdown image terminal guidance scheme with field of view constraints is designed. By solving the full angle of attack equation, virtual velocity vectors are extracted within the field of view of the seeker, and a closed-loop guidance loop is established. By using intermittent control, a nonlinear sliding surface with field of view constraints and a tangent-type obstacle Lyapunov function are constructed to achieve stable locking within the target field of view. An adaptive extended state observer is introduced to estimate and compensate for target motion, reducing the phenomenon of body shaking. The proposed method is validated through numerical simulation and flight experiments, and the hit accuracy meets the expected requirements to achieve precise guidance control of rotating strapdown image guided projectile.
