Abstract:

In the all-media environment, the guidance of public opinion on major public opinions and emergencies and the corresponding scientific research issues increasingly highlights the complexity of behavior, complexity of structure, complexity of relationships between elements, and complexity of the environment. Public opinion guidance research methodologies for incident events pose new challenges. By using the Web of Science and China national knowledge infrastructure (CNKI) databases, this review focuses on the analysis and mining, indicator system, dissemination and evolution of major public opinions and emergencies themselves, as well as the macro-policy, situation analysis, evolution simulation prediction and emergency response research of public opinion guidance strategies. Finally, the challenges and development trends faced by theoretical methods, judgment analysis, and early warning research on major public opinion and emergency public opinion guidance are summarized, which can help promote the implementation of new opportunities and challenges in the development of digital intelligence-driven emergency management systems and capacity building.

Key words: major public opinion and emergencies, opinion evolution, guidance mechanism, judgment of public opinion situation
