Abstract:

Firepower planning is critical to antimissile combat operation, and antimissile firepower arrangement and allocation for multiple wave targets is a complex uncertain multi-constraint optimization problem. Based on the analysis of the antimissile firepower planning problem, the occasion, modeling approach and hypothesis of interceptor target allocation are given. The model includes two stages: intercept mission allocation and interceptor target allocation. In intercept mission allocation, “multiple problems solving at one time” is converted into “one problem solving at multiple sub-time periods” through the time decomposition method; in interceptor target allocation, the advantage degree calculation method according to the target shortcut route and placement for different interceptors is given. The firepower planning model gets rid of the time constraint and sets up the “interceptor targettime” allocation relationship, providing a new and dynamic planning approach. Experimental study shows it will have a good prospect of engineering application.
