Abstract: The precision of the space instrumentation ship-measured data plays a key role in the TT&C processing.Complex errors of ship-measured data are discussed, the analysis results show that the complex errors are composed of correction residual errors with secondary low frequency and random errors, which means that the complex errors are non-stationary time series.Based on wavelet theory and time series modeling, the characteristics of wavelet transformation cofficients for correction residual errors and random errors are analyzed, and a novel method of the complex errors forecast is proposed to improve the corrective results.Experiment and simulated results show that compared with the simplex time series modeling, the proposed method is a practicable and effective forecast method for non-stationary errors.
