Abstract:

Due to insufficient study of the situation interaction phase about operational decisionmaking synchronization(ODMS), the model and strategies for choosing operational situation interaction routes (OSIR) under environment influence are presented. Firstly, the OSIR choosing process within the operational organization structure in reality is analyzed. Based on this, the OSIR choosing model is constructed, and interference factors are put forward for measuring the influence of changing operational situation interaction routes. Secondly, by analyzing the OSIR choosing process under environment influence in theory, three choose strategies and three adjustment modes are given. Finally, the simulation case validates the validity of the route choosing model and strategies, then the feasibility of the choosing adjustment modes are tested with four interaction sections blocking in turn.
