Survey on maintenance decision of large-scale phased array radar's T/R module

Abstract:

At this stage, there is no specific standard on when to replace the T/R module of large-scale phased array radar, whether to replace all or part of the faulty module during maintenance, and how to configure the number of spare parts. The research on the maintenance decision of T/R module can provide maintenance decision support for equipment support personnel. Firstly, the main contents of T/R module maintenance decision are described and defined. Secondly, the research status of failure data modeling is analyzed from three aspects: failure data prediction, failure life distribution and equipment performance evaluation based on fault data. Then, it focuses on the maintenance strategy from two aspects: the type of maintenance strategy and the optimization model of maintenance strategy, and analyzes the spare parts inventory strategy with availability, spare parts satisfaction rate, expected shortage of spare parts and task success rate as decision variables. Finally, the shortcomings of existing methods are analyzed, and the above three important problems to be solved in T/R module maintenance decision-making are put forward to provide theoretical support for follow-up research.
