Abstract:

In the multi-attribute decision-making problem oriented to attribute associations, a reasonable description and design of decision model incorporating attribute associations is an important way to improve decision performance. Firstly, the advantages and disadvantages of the attribute weight adjustment methods in various attribute association situations are analyzed. The Möbius transform rule is used to transform the attribute association coefficient(Shaplely value). A composite weight function that combines the Shapely value and the attribute weight is designed. The influence mechanism of the attribute correlation coefficient on the weight is analyzed.Secondly, based on the characteristic feature of the priority function of the preference ranking organization methods for enrichment evaluations (PROMETHEE) decision-making method, using the possibility degree comparison interval hesitant fuzzy value, a priority function based on the sigmoid function is designed, and an improved PROMETHEE method considering attribute correlation is proposed. Finally, numerical examples are used to illustrate the superiority of the proposed method.

Key words: attribute association, preference ranking organization methods for enrichment evaluations (PROMETHEE), interval hesitant fuzzy set, priority function
