Schedule management method of warships multi-project parallel construction based on critical chain and hybrid optimization algorithm

Abstract:

Aiming at the deficiency of schedule optimization and management ability under the condition of multi-resource constraints and multi-project parallel construction of warships, a set of schedule management methods is proposed. Firstly, based on the critical chain theory the schedule management steps of warships multi-project parellel construction under multiresource constraints are given. Secondly, schedule optimization models of warships multi-project parallel construction are constructed, which can achieve the optimal project implementation portfolio by allocating various resources reasonably in the process of optimizing the total construction period of parallel projects. Finally, a hybrid optimization algorithm is designed for solving the large-scale compolex engineering projects such as ship construction. The practicability of the method is verified by an example.
