Abstract:

To fulfill the aided information’s autonomy requirements of the moving base alignment for the vehicular weapon system’s strapdown inertial navigation system(SINS),a new alignment method aiding by odometer is proposed. To solve the problem of the body attitude changes caused by the road bumpiness, gust and artificial interference during run time, attitude updation is used to record the attitude changes caused by total interference, and then the initial attitude is estimated to determinate the attitude of body, the alignment is achieved authentically before navigation start. The simulation results show that the proposed method based on odometer has high alignment accuracy and short convergent time, which can be used well for the requirements of vehicular weapon’s moving base alignment.
