Abstract:

With respect to problems of organization structure during warship quality supervision, a dynamic selection strategy is proposed based on missions, which is able to maximize integral superiority of the organization structure, and increase rationality between work and military representatives by dynamically selecting and adjusting organization structure. Second, in order to avoid factors changing according to missions, a method is presented based on theory of two-tuple linguistic and dominance degree of uncertain linguistic terms, which is made up of factors initial selection and organization structure evaluation. The examples given in the end vividly convey the practicability.
