Abstract: Aiming at the equipment expropriation mobilization with the characteristics of uncertainty, response timeliness and high quality requirements of material demands, the evaluation criteria system of supplier selection decision making based on military supply chains is built. A multi-criteria group decision making method based on intuitionistic fuzzy entropy and VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) is proposed with heterogeneous evaluating information, unknown criteria and decision makers’ weights. Firstly, a intuitionistic fuzzy entropy, which not only considered the deviation of membership degree and non-membership degree, but also considered the decision maker’s hesitation information is employed and comprehensive criteria weights are obtained based on the entropy weight method, combining with weight coordination coefficient. Secondly, a decision maker’s weight method with considering the intuitionistic fuzzy entropy and distance measure of decision matrices is proposed. Then the decision making individual and group comprehensive evaluation matrices are integrated by intuitionistic fuzzy weighted average operator. Finally, through extending the VIKOR method to intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic environment, the compromise ranking and selection result of alternative supplier can be determined.

Key words: supplier selection, multi-criteria group decision making, intuitionistic fuzzy entropy, VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) method, entropy weight method
