Abstract:

This paper fully considers the intuition and fuzziness factors of the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision problems. An improved interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy entropy formula of membership, non-membership and hesitancy degree is proposed. This formula applies this fuzzy entropy formula to the calculation of the weights of decision attribute indexes, so that it improves the objectivity of the weights of decision attribute indexes. Based on the above improved entropy formula, the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid geometric operators and new scoring functions are employed to calculate the comprehensive index values of each scheme, so as to ensure the comprehensiveness of decision information. The alternatives are then ranked by the new scoring function. Finally, a practical case is used to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed decision method.
