Abstract:

The influence of Doppler and Doppler rateofchange on the performance of specific emitter identification (SEI) is researched. The performance deterioration of SEI caused by Doppler and Doppler rateofchange is analyzed and it is shown that under the condition of Doppler and Doppler rate of change, the longer length of the signal used for SEI and the more performance deterioration caused by Doppler. The expression of influence on the performance of SEI caused by Doppler is derived, and the signal length that can be used for SEI is given under the typical condition of satellite borne. Finally simulation verifications are carried out.
