Abstract:
For the products with parameters digression feature, the failure rate function of the degradation model for the performance indicators is deduced. The failure rate function of the degradation model is analyzed from the point of theoretical derivation and qualitative analysis. The results show that it has a certain similarity between the failure rate of degradation products and Gamma products and the failure problems of degradation products can be explained directly by using the impact theory. Then the approach to define the parameters of the Gamma distribution is presented. The maintenance policy of degradation products can be made by using common life distribution. Finally, hydraulic coupler data are analyzed and the result demonstrates that this method is reasonable.
