Abstract:

Data fusion processing of mixed netted radar containing narrowband radar and wideband radar is an important technique in target feature extracting in ballistic midcourse. A method of fusion feature extraction of ballistic targets based on mixed netted radar containing narrowband radar and wideband radar is proposed. The precession period of the conical warhead is obtained by autocorrelation of narrowband signals. Then the amplitude and phase parameters of each scattering center in the netted radar are estimated combined with nonlinear least squares estimation. According to the fusion and correlation characteristics among the micro-Doppler features of wideband radar and narrowband radar, the three-dimensional precession feature and structure parameters of the conical warhead are extracted by weighted average and scattering center correlation. Thus the data fusion of narrowband radar and wideband radar is achieved. Simulation results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
