Abstract:

To solve the shortcoming in characterization of the role of communication network and node protection capability, a model of command and control system is proposed, which is a twolayer network composed of command network and communication network. The protection capability of each component unit is defined from the perspective of maintaining system operation. Then the cause of function failure is analyzed with the dependent factor. According to the operational implementation, the attack strategy is divided into central strategy, middle strategy and external strategy under two conditions which are command facilities priority attack and communication priority attack facilities. The dynamic index, mode index and system index of survivability are proposed. The case study shows that the method of destruction has a certain reference value. The results also show that the survivability of this system in case of communication facilities priority attack is poor.
