Abstract:

The battlefield scheduling problem of the continuous consumption resources in wartime under the insufficient supply condition is studied. On the basis of the analysis of the supplyrequirement characteristics, the precedence evaluation system of a requirement is built. The requirement despot grouping and sorting method is proposed based on hierarchical clustering. The multi-requirement despot deployment model is established and the resources dynamic dispatching is realized in the order of priority of demand point groups. The improved  resource dispatching decision not only gives priority to major tasks but also takes the whole situation into account. Finally, the comparison between the two methods is given in a numerical example and the feasibilities and advantages of the sorting dispatching method are highlighted.
