Abstract:
To improve the ability of emergency response in complex environment, based on metadecisionmaking, the total design principle of disassembleintegration(DI) and the uniqueness principle of matterelement decomposition are proposed. The shortcomings of matterelement transformation are discussed, and the map between the matterelement analysis and interpretive structural modeling (ISM) is also built. Furthermore, the matterelement analysis structure is extended by the semantic and scenarioresponse, and the function of response and semantic explanation is endowed. In the presence of the decision maker is not in the scene, a model of matterelement structure for decisionmaking (MESDM) is proposed and constructed. Finally, The verification experimental results indicate the function of MESDM with regard to the timeliness, effectiveness and operability, which also provides theoretical support for the study of MESDM’s humanmachine intelligence.
