Abstract:

To improve the ability of emergency response in complex environment, based on metadecisionmaking, the total design principle of disassembleintegration(DI) and the uniqueness principle of matterelement decomposition are proposed. The shortcomings of matterelement transformation are discussed, and the map between the matterelement analysis and interpretive structural modeling (ISM) is also built. Furthermore, the matterelement analysis structure is extended by the semantic and scenarioresponse, and the function of response and semantic explanation is endowed. In the presence of the decision maker is not in the scene, a model of matterelement structure for decisionmaking (MESDM) is proposed and constructed. Finally, The verification experimental results indicate the function of MESDM with regard to the timeliness, effectiveness and operability, which also provides theoretical support for the study of MESDM’s humanmachine intelligence.
