Abstract:

A navigation method based on balancing exploration and exploitation is proposed for the issue of insufficient consideration of search bias in the geomagnetic bioinspired navigation process. Firstly, according to the structure feature of the sequence evolution search strategy, a magnetotaxis movement model is established based on statistical. Then, the relationship between the explorationexploitation and the magnetotaxis movement is analyzed, the problem of balancing searching bias is generalized as the reasonable control of population diversity. The concept of distribution entropy is introduced to measure the population diversity, and a new strategy for magnetotaxis search under the constraints of distribution entropy is designed. The navigation search procedure is given. Finally, through the simulation analysis, the reasonable parameter set is given, and comparing the proposed method with the sequence evolution search strategy, the simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
