Abstract:

An availability modeling method and simulation experiment design of missile weapon during the deployment and mission are presented. The definition of missile weapon system availability is proposed, the quantitative indicators are established, and a modeling and simulation (M&S) framework is built on the basis of the SEBS-TOMS model. Layered composite ideas are used in availability modeling, the system-of-system, entity, behavior, state SEBS method is put forward, which is composed of system of system organization integrated modeling, variable structure entity modeling, availabilityoriented behavior modeling, and state modeling based on failed and damage. The formal description of the SEBS model is established and the core technology of simulation experiments is explored. Then the experimental space partition in serial is proposed, which consideres test, operation, maintain and support TOMS. Also, the stochastic variable modeling, optimization and simulation system reliability assessment are explained. The simulation results show that the assessment model is convenient to use and simulation experimental design is reasonable and practicable, which greatly improves the efficiency of availability evaluation and analysis, and lays the foundation for accurate support.
