Abstract:

A novel intelligent interactive group decision-making method is proposed concerning dual linguistic information, which can be utilized to solve the group decision problems including preference information and decision support information. A structure transformation method concerning dual information is designed and the comprehensive preference matrix is defined to measure the overall performances of alternatives. Additionally, considering the degree of deviation between experts’ judgment matrices and the comprehensive preference matrix as a control variable, a programming model is constructed to distinguish the weak effective experts. Furthermore, by transferring experts’ preferences to multi-dimensional vectors, a correction method and a minimum step optimization model are constructed to modify the weak effective experts’ information. Finally, a numerical case is conducted to verify the feasibility and rationality of the proposed method.
