Abstract:

In order to quantify the capability of decision-making synchronization in operation systems, from time viewpoint, the time lag coupling model of operation decision-making synchronization is proposed. Based on the model, synchronization strategies are given for improving the capability of decision-making synchronization in operation systems. The stimulated case shows that the shortcomings of the previous operation decision-making synchronization through communication, which include the communication strategies do not fill with factual operating progress and the opinion of the operation systems can not reach unification after communication, can be overcome with the proposed model. And the synchronization strategies can ensure that the total decision level of operation systems keeps identical in the limited time. Through comparing with relative research approaches, the superiority of the proposed approach shows that the model and strategies of operation decision-making synchronization are more accordant with the operation decision-making progress of network systems in operating, and can be propitious to further research in operation actions synchronization and optimization of systems architecture.
