Group clustering method based on binary-relation of attributes with fuzzy preference information

Abstract:

In multi-attribute complex large group decision, clustering the decision results of decision makers effectively is the base to analyze and complete the group decision. This paper gives a clustering method of large groups based on a binary-relation of attributes, which uses the intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy number to express the group member preference information. By calculating the expected value of the intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy number to get the expected vector of group members. The binary-relation is used to form the attribute relationship matrix of the expected value; the preference aggregation model for large groups based on the similarity of two expected vectors is constructed. Based on the model, the clustering method of large groups is propsed. Finally, a numerical example is given and the numerical results are compared with other clustering methods, which shows the proposed method is effective and practical.
