Twelve rules in project development

Abstract:

he characteristics and rules in project development which are called basic rules to be followed in project development are summarized. These rules include three aspects: performance related rules, quality related rules and behaviorrelated rules which can be summarized into twelve criteria. The general rules on advancedness, successiveness, adaptability, productivity, economy, safeness, reliability, testability, standardization, reality, sufficiency and riskiness are presented in project development.
