Abstract:

In order to weaken the influence of subjective factors on the evaluation to ship formation’s coordinated airdefense efficiency and suit the situations that the evaluation nature has always prioritized and nature information changes rapidly which causes the wrong weight, the two aspects of efforts are dealt with. Firstly, a hybrid prioritized ordered weighted averaging (HPOWA) operatoris built based on ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator and prioritized ordered weighted averaging (POWA) operator so as to resolve the conflict between the nature’s objectivity and the nature’s prioritized. Secondly, the ship formation coordinated air-defense combat efficiency weightingchanging model is built based on the generalized hybrid average operator and HPOWA so as to resolve the weighting-changing problem that the rapidlychanging nature information is made. Finally, the model with different cases is compared to test the model’s validity, rationality and advances.
