Abstract:
The paper presents a new covariation matrixbased method for joint estimation of frequency and 2-D arrival angles of wide-band signals. In the impulsive noise, the algorithm can precisely estimate 3-D parameters of wide-band signals. Getting rid of the costly multidimensional spectrum peak search, it has smaller computational load with parameters paired automatically. In addition, based on the separable characteristic of the L-shaped array and ESPRIT algorithm, the 3-D parameter estimation of wide-band signals with the same frequency is realized successfully. Computer simulation confirms its effectiveness.
