Abstract:
On the basis of campaign capabilities of air-defense radar early warning surveillance equipment system-of-system (SoS) defined for inherent campaign capabilities and actual campaign efficiency, a new optimization mode of campaign capabilities—“doubledecker hinge mode” is put forward, which is composed of the static optimization of SoS inherent capabilities “based on capabilities” and the dynamic optimization of SoS campaign efficiency“based on facing to task and effect”, and the logic frame of the mode and the optimization process are expounded. Finally, an example of campaign capabilities optimization of air-defense radar early warning surveillance equipment SoS in complex confront background is provided to validate the feasibility and creditability of the mode.
