α-PROMETHEE method based on interval grey numbers

Abstract:

The decision making problem ordinarily described by interval grey numbers using grey theory is dealt with and extended. The comparable principle and norm between interval grey numbers are constructed. Then an α-PROMETHEE method and its application based on interval grey numbers are proposed, and the purpose of multi-attribute group decision making and information fusion based on interval grey numbers is  achieved.
