Abstract:
A new assessment method based on intervals TOPSIS is proposed with regard to the problem of threat assessment for air combat targets. An improved model is proposed based on analyzing the existing target threat assessment methods which has deficiency in the distance threat model. The calculation steps for solving the weights of threat indexes by using the intervalnumber eigenvector method is given, which conquered the flaw of fomer methods for ascertaining weights of threat indexes.Then the mathematical model for evaluating target threat by intervals TOPSIS is established. Finally, an application example is given and the results show that the method is reasonable and effective.
